If you have supplied us with an email address we will send you an email letting you know your parcel has been dispatched. Orders placed before 11am are dispatched each working day. (If you don't receive an email please check your junk mail.)
All our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and in the UK will arrive with your normal post. View our estimated delivery times.
Some orders are too large for letter boxes. If you are out when your postie comes it is likely that your parcel will either be with a neighbour, in your safe place, or at your local sorting office.
