Why is avocado oil in our First Aid Conditioner?
Fatty acids are top of the agenda, primarily oleic acid (omega-9), which is excellent at penetrating the hair shaft to help restore moisture. This in turn helps to tame frizz, protect and strengthen the hair, and reduce split ends.
Any other benefits to adding avocado oil?
The benefits don't stop there. Avocado oil contains a wide array of other beneficial vitamins and minerals, all of which combine to enhance the protection and nourishment it can offer your hair and scalp.
After shampooing, smooth First Aid conditioner through your hair from roots to ends. Leave for 1-2 minutes, or longer if possible, then rinse.

I have been using this product for over 20 years and it works for me - weighs the hair down, tames it just enough - it is a 'leave in' conditioner so you can rinse out as little or as much as you want. The only thing I would say though is that the new small containers don't really work for this particular product as it is so thick you can't get it out of the bottle easily. Thsi has been a change for the worst - bring back the nice big bottles!

I have used the First Aid Conditioner for many years - I have thick, wiry hair so I use it as a leave in product - only rinsing my scalp - the product tames my hair - weighing it down slightly. A really good company as well - fast, reliable delivery.

First Aid Conditioner- I love it
I love this conditioner and I've been using it for years. I use it as a hair treatment that I leave on between washes. Once my hair is towel dried, I work the First Aid into my hair, mainly the ends and it tames my hair, stopping frizz and helping with my curls.
