No - as long as you are careful.
Our Water Colour customers often ask us this question, as a smaller amount of hair dye can come in very handy for touch ups or short hair.
Similarly, some customers with longer hair need a bit more than just one bottle.
1. Split the powder
The easiest way to split the powder is by eye. Tip half the powder into an empty powder vial from a previous application.
2. Reduce the water
You'll need half the quantity of water - just 30ml. Be careful not to overdilute or it won't work properly.
3. Store it right
Be sure to keep the remaining powder dry or it won't work when you are ready for it. Reseal the vial straight away.
Yes - in theory. However the amounts of powder / water become ever smaller which makes it much harder to get the right proportions and increases the risk of the dye not working properly.
