The Water Colour hair dye can be
used as a Semi, Demi, or Permanent hair colour by adjusting your application of
the hair colour (shown below).
1) For semi-permanent hair colour apply to damp hair. (Lasts up to 6
washes. No grey coverage).
2) For demi-permanent hair colour apply to well towel-dried hair. (Lasts
up to 21 washes and covers up to 50% grey).
3) For permanent hair colour apply to dry hair. (Creates a
permanent tint and colours up to 100% grey).
Each shade of Water Colour is made up of the same powder base. The base contains:
Sodium Dodecyl Sulphate, Sodium Percarbonate, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcostinate, Silica, Sodium Silicate, Sodium Sulphate, Xanthan Gum.
The colour is then gained from the correct mix of nine dye pigments. The pigments are:
p-toluene diamine sulphate (PTDS), m-amino phenol sulphate, 2.4 diaminophenoxyethanol hcl, p-aminophenol sulphate, 4-amino 2 hydroxytoluene sulphate, 4-amino -m-creosol, 2-amino 6-chloro -4-nitrophenol, 2-methyl-5-hydroxyethylaminophenol, 4.5 diamino-1-(2-hydroxyethyl) pyrazole sulphate.

Been using these colours for years as I am sensitive to regular box dyes. Beautiful natural colours and hair is always in great condition afterwards. People are often surprised when I tell them that I dye my hair because 'It looks so natural'

As my hair has been ruined by chemotherapy I was reluctant to use a dye. However gentle hair dye prove to be excellent. My dull, fine hair was revitalising giving it shine and colour. I have recommended this product to friends.

I can't use hair dyes with chemicals in, so a friend recommended this company to me a few year ago. I was very impressed with the colour choices and ease of application and haven't looked back since. I am nearly completely grey now, but as long as you are guided by their advice about what colour change is possible for hair colour, it works perfectly. I would recommend this product to anyone who has sensitive skin.

The only one that doesn't cause a skin reaction so ideal for me. Downside the amount of colour powder seems to be getting smaller and using two for a pensioner is too costly. I don't have the funds to bulk buy

I am so grateful to have found you online-back in 2019. I had a bad experience with a dye that was used on my hair at a hair salon- I use to go to. The dye that was used on my hair had hydrogen peroxide. This caused problems for me (swollen face etc). While the dye caused discomfort, it also created a situation where the doctor also -found out that I was allergic to wheat and gluten. Long story short-this led me to check on line for hair dye and found your website. I love using Water Colour (gentle Hair Dye).

I've been using these hair colours now for about 8/9 years and they are brilliant. The company gave me excellent advice when I was using the wrong colour on my grey hair and not getting the best coverage. It didnt help that i was doing it myself. Once I changed to natural oak brown, kept the solution thicker, and got a friend to colour my hair, my hair looks great. I would never use the normal hair dyes as I know how toxic they are. These are a gentler option and I would highly recommend.

Such a simple,easy to use hair colour. So gentle on my scalp, and a lovely warm mid blonde colour.
I've used it for many years and would never go back to any other hair dyes.
